I’ve created a new resources page for the Mental Health Bill 2025 (as the Government’s website confusingly calls it, despite its introduction to Parliament in 2024.
It will also be accessible via home page of the website and the menu (top right) should you wish to find it later in the Parliamentary process.
The next milestone is currently predicted to be the 25th November 2024, the Bill’s second reading in the House of Lords.
You can email me if you think something else should be included on there.

I try to keep this blog up to date, but inevitably over time, amendments to the law as well as court rulings and other findings from inquests and complaints processes mean it is difficult to ensure all the articles and pages remain current. Please ensure you check all legal issues in particular and take appropriate professional advice where necessary.
