Link to last night’s BBC Panorama which features undercover journalism from a medium secure mental health unit in Greater Manchester. You can also read more on the BBC website and since its broadcast, a local MP has called for an independent inquiry.
Although different in important regards, it will have inevitable reminders for some of the Winterbourne View and Whorlton Hall scandals but given Greater Manchester Police has launched a criminal investigation, there will be no comment on here from me.
